THE MOST CHALLENGING THING IN MY LTI SITE
Okay the most challenging thing in my internship at UPA is when Ms.Rita is giving me instructions about to do something and for a min i am paying attention then like my mind goes to another world and don't now what she talking about and then i don t now what i am talking about at all and i have to ask again and 2 times if i don t understand the instructions she telling me to do so those a big challenge for me not getting distracted will she giving me instructions.

Karen - Try taking notes of the the most important instructions while Ms. Rita is talking. This will help you pay attention, remember later, and make clear to Ms. Rita what you are and are not understanding when she talk. It will also help slow her down when she gives you instructions. Note taking is also a helpful skill. Good luck!
