my internship

I think that i have grown in my internship allot with my confidence and that i can do anything any wear maybe because i felt very conferable being their and i got to speck up so people to notes me i am their.And i fell that i have grown alot sens last year i get to know new people that i dont talk to mutch last year got new frends.

Well today we have doing a survey project. I have to create a survey so that some 8Th grade students could take it . I gave my survey to 13 kids but they weren't as honest so i gave the survey to more 8Th grades and i fell the same but at least some them wear honest ad [possible so yea i grated a good data and from that i needed to make four grapgs and i did the first time i did them i did them wrong so one the after school i say ed with camrin my advisor and she help me do them correctly the second time so yea then i had to do my implications done again but the good part that camrin told me that my implications wear create but i had to change something and add more for the new gaphs so i wasn't tripping that much because i did good matter infarct. But the most interesting part of my survey that i did a great job because not comming for two days stait i miss allot but i got all my stuff done by the dead line that it was doe. I really like to do this project for that teens like me did the same age took it and that i made it.

This week have been asusually like i been helping the secretary like to file supplies order and help bubble in the attendence and Ms.Rita being so bissy bissy and always tell me that to help diana so i do so when i get their i gop sighg in and then sigh in in my met west internship binder and i think that nextis going to be hard bacause i have to unpack orders and check if everything is in the boxez and yea i reall like my internship but sometimes i get bord and thats my internship...

I think in my internship we do have alot of oppression more in the students because the thecher oppress aslot of students because like if you dont do you work you have homework detention and theirs always alot of people in homework detention for all the grades weather is 8th and 7th and lastly 6th grades. And also alot of oppression between the students each other alot becaus elast year that i was their i saw alot of oppression for example if you got a boyfriend you get oppressed alot because other girls like try to oppress them by telling them o you better watch your boyfriend or another girl is

the harder moment at my internship was learning new something because some things i cant remember nothing the next day i go and do the same thing but after a wild i get it i take relly lon to understand and to do the thing.was wen Ms.Rita told me to do the college for alla and du it the right size and cheking the speeling of each on of them and i work on that aver 2 weeks but i did it like 1 month ago and i relly got it the next time that i neaded to fix it and at last i did like my work because i try my best.i ask my mentor that if she can help me and she did and show me how to do it the right size and the right font and i had a relly hARD time with it.i told my mentor can you check my wotk if i did it right and she told me tahtnx you of letting me now if you neaded help or if you did your work good and correct.and thats about it one thing that i really like about my mentor that she dont get mad when i ask her something but i try not to ask her when she is talking with some one else or in the phone because that disrespectfull and thats coo she not has alot of time to explain someyhing to me or what to do and she tell me to check with ms.diana.and thats that....

The kind of skills that i think that i have to do better is when ms Rira is doing something always have to look at a binder she puts things so i can do or ask Diana the front desk and ask more questions i think that what i need to work on specially asking questions.
